Add note writing but not their visibility to the collaborator

We would like employees to be able to write notes but that they cannot see all the notes that the other profiles write (without going through the private notes, otherwise no one sees anything anymore, even managers).
This would allow us to get feedback from employees BUT to continue to put confidential information in the notes that they do not need to have access to.

In the meantime, there is a workaround that can meet part of your need 🧐
If your employees mainly need to give their opinion on a candidate, without accessing the activity & the complete history of his application, you can use external sharing. Employees will then be able to view a restricted candidate sheet and add their own evaluations, without having access to the notes and history already present in Flatchr. Only reviews added during the sharing period will be visible in this context.
Also note that external sharing can be interrupted at any time, without waiting for it to expire (7 days by default).
This solution can be an interesting alternative for this use case.
