Be able to delete sources
It would be nice to be able to remove sources that were added manually. For example, we created the âimportâ source, but after getting used to the tool we saw that it was more relevant to use the section offered by FlatChr âcareer siteâ. Although we have made the changes (link the candidates concerned to another source + deletion in the application + deletion of the source in the parameters) that no candidate comes out with this reason in the statistics, the source is still present as a criterion in the CV library and pollutes It would be nice to be able to remove it from the column

Offer: addition, fields, end date, publication, offer
It would be nice to have an âend dateâ field so that the announcement is automatically deactivated (publication/distribution of the offer which stops automatically)

[Multicast] Have at a glance the number of ads posted on job boards
Currently, in the Dashboard, we have the number of âActive Offersâ the same thing would be needed but for the offers that are posted on job boards (online offer)

[Candidate sheet] Motivation box
The text area where the motivation is has a layout that is often illegible. Is it possible to respect the layout of the candidate's entry? (the spaces? line entries) to make it easier to read? ideally a possibility of exporting in pdf would be great

Selection of Favorite job sites
Good morning, FAVORITE job sites can be selected and deselected directly, in the DISTRIBUTION tab of an offer, by administrator members but also by managers; and this has an impact on all offers and for all users. Can the selection be made only in the settings and only by the administrators to avoid checking and unchecking FAVORITES too easily. Thanks, Isabelle

[Agenda] Follow-up of interviews on Flatchr
It would be interesting to follow up on interviews via a dedicated tab, such as an agenda on Flatchr connected to your external agenda (Meet, Microsoft...) This tab would provide an overview of upcoming interviews, conducted or in progress. In addition, on each candidate sheet, it would also be interesting to display the date of the interview as well as a link to an automatic reminder as the interview approaches.

[Statistics] Number of candidates by source
In the âacquisition sourceâ tab, when we filter by the recruited column, we find the number of applications and not the number of candidates. This is a problem for reporting because it distorts the number of candidates who have actually been recruited. Example: a candidate who applied to 3 different offers but was recruited on one of them, will count as 3 even though he was only put in the recruited column once.

[Statistics] Get statistics on account activity
As a member with access to statistics, I want to have statistics on account activity (Dar, Co-option, Members, Number of archived, active, distributed, created during the month,...) in order to measure adoption, improve the distribution of workload and manage my various recruitment processes

[Broadcast] Have visibility on broadcast errors
When there is an error on one of my broadcasts, it would be useful to be notified in order to be able to act and correct the error (inadequate terms, bad identifiers, expired contract with the job site,...)
