It would be wise to be able to keep a visual of the DAR once the validation has been carried out by all the managers identified. This recruitment authorization must not disappear.

A request may be blocked for a few days by an administrator who did not pay attention to the email telling him that he had received a request to validate an offer. It would be interesting to be able to add email reminders after a defined period of time without feedback (positive or negative) from the approver.

It would be interesting to add a download in progress box when importing by Drag & Drop to be sure that this has been taken into account. Importing can take from several seconds to several tens of minutes in some cases.

We need more information in DARs. It would be necessary to be able to add free fields and to define some of them as mandatory in order to guarantee the collection of essential information.

Currently, when we give access to the offer models to the managers assigned to the DAR model, they have access to all the models, which poses a confidentiality problem between departments. It would therefore be useful to be able to manage the visibility of the models individually, for example by folder, as is done for notes.

I would like to be able to download en masse, in 1 click, all the CVs (and LMs) of an advertisement, without downloading through candidate files. Big time saver!

Today when you click on download, the document opens in the browser. In the future it would be more practical if the document was downloaded directly to the computer.

We would like employees to be able to write notes but that they cannot see all the notes that the other profiles write (without going through the private notes, otherwise no one sees anything anymore, even managers). This would allow us to get feedback from employees BUT to continue to put confidential information in the notes that they do not need to have access to.
