[Candidate communication] Improvement of email sender auto message - avoid spam
The sender address that the candidate receives when sending a message on FLATCHR looks like this: thread-6g8g3p@mail.flatchr.io This is not explicit and may suggest that it is a fraudulent email. So can we consider changing the email address database by integrating the name of the company such as: XXX-6g8g3p@mail.flatchr.io or even consider having something even simpler and clearer to avoid these messages ending up in spam or being destroyed by the candidate? Thank you.

[Note template] Being able to associate models only for managers
Currently, managers see all the note templates created, even those that are not useful to them. If there are a lot of models, it is very difficult for them to find their way around. It should be possible to have a restriction of note templates per role

[Candidate] - Download all the PCs (Flatchr & external sharing)
When you transfer a candidate form with all associated PJs (CV, cover letter, etc.) externally, the person cannot download all at once, but must do it file by file. You should be able to download everything at once, to make it easier

[ATS] Private notes
When an administrator puts a note in private and mentions a manager or collaborator, he will not be able to see the note. It would be interesting if they could see it as soon as they are mentioned.

[ATS] Email confidentiality
Any role can see email exchanges with candidates. This may raise questions of confidentiality in purely HR exchanges, in particular concerning contractual data (salary, administrative documents, etc.). It would be nice to be able to compartmentalize this so that administrators can choose whether they want it to be visible or not.

[Candidate sheet] Search bar to find a grade template
On the candidate form, when you have a lot of grade templates, it quickly becomes difficult to easily find the model you want to use. Adding a search bar would make it easier to use
