Have the possibility to either directly merge 2 files from the same candidate (who would have applied with 2 different email addresses). OR in the duplicate tab, you can search for a candidate by name or email address in order to be able to merge targeted duplicates.

Current problem: When changing the archiving reason from the candidate form, the confirmation window only offers the “Cancel” and “Archive” options. This blocks the sending of the automatic message, although configured in the settings for the “archived candidate” event. Suggested improvement: Allow the automatic message to be sent (or not) when the reason for archiving is changed, in the same way as during the initial archiving.

💬✅ Just like the messaging system in place to contact FLATCHR support, it could be interesting to have this same system to communicate with connected users of our entity (and see who is connected). As an administrator, users could contact us directly if they have a question or a problem. We could use this option to restart users to process resumes in columns 😉 without using a third-party application. Thank you

On the candidate form, when you have a lot of grade templates, it quickly becomes difficult to easily find the model you want to use. Adding a search bar would make it easier to use
