[ATS] Private notes
When an administrator puts a note in private and mentions a manager or collaborator, he will not be able to see the note. It would be interesting if they could see it as soon as they are mentioned.
Add note writing but not their visibility to the collaborator
We would like employees to be able to write notes but that they cannot see all the notes that the other profiles write (without going through the private notes, otherwise no one sees anything anymore, even managers). This would allow us to get feedback from employees BUT to continue to put confidential information in the notes that they do not need to have access to.

[Kanban] Be able to view archived candidates in archived offers
When I archive an offer, I only see the candidates who were still active in the process. However, I would like to be able to find archived candidates in the same way as when my offer was active (without having to go through manual sorting in the CV library, which takes me time).
