Especially for public actors, being able to attach documents on the offer in a global way (and not only from a candidate file) is a real plus. Maybe imagine being able to add an attachment in the offer creation note or in the menu (three small dots) next to the archive action.

Today there is a lack of granularity and management of alerts related to the co-option module. This generates a certain quantity of emails. It's all or nothing. The volume of email alerts should be reduced while staying informed of the opening and closing of co-optation campaigns.
