It is mandatory to make several clicks to see if the offer is well distributed or not. It would be appropriate to put an alert on the kanban or an email alert to prevent the non-distribution of an offer.

Change the current visual of the candidate assessment (currently one out of 5 star ratings) for something more distinctive. Add functionality on the candidate tag (on the pipeline) to indicate if a member has already completed the assessment. Useful for multiple notations. For example: a small check to indicate that the evaluation has been completed or a colored circle corresponding to its grade.

Sometimes when creating an offer, we forget to modify the “monthly payment” field, so the salary is 53100 and the monthly payment is “monthly” instead of “annual”. It would be nice to have an alert that alerts us to the problem and allows us to correct any inconsistencies of this type before publishing.

We have integrations on our marketplace linked to the evaluation of our candidates. We would like this information to be moved from the profile tab of the candidate form to the evaluation tab. For example: Add a third “Marketplace” category to the Soft Skills & Hard Skills suite.
