Currently, when a manager submits a hiring request, a notification is sent to all approvers simultaneously, even with a cascading validation system. It would be better to send notifications in the order in which they were approved to avoid confusion, or to send a new notification when each approver needs to intervene.

Today it is possible to hide an archived offer. The idea would be to transfer this logic to the fish tanks.

It would be useful to be able to have tags on offers in order to better categorize them for example by type of contract, profession, remuneration, location,... This will make it easier to search.

When archiving an offer, an automatic email is sent to the candidates remaining in the process; however, they are not archived at the same time as the offer. Would it be possible to do this in order not to distort the statistics and ensure a clean CV library?

We have a hidden column for validation of the final candidate by our management. It is therefore invisible for the teams. Only our management has access to it as well as the administrators (HR team). To date, candidate imports are possible directly in this column, which undermined the security of the process and the validation stage by the HR department. It would be interesting to be able to select the columns on which candidate imports are possible.

Would it be possible to add the SEO part in the offer templates instead of having to fill in this part every time

When we define pre-established messages (= automatic messages) and we add an attachment to them; once we send a group message the PJ does not integrate into the email, so we are therefore always forced to send email by email. Can you please arrange for group message PCs to be sent? Thank you

Today, the sector and job fields, generated automatically, have an impact on the filters on the career site. Being able to edit them would allow better control over the data displayed in these filters.

Allow from the career site editor to be able to select by default the language of the career site that will be displayed.
