[DAR] Optimization and fixes (input fields, models, rights)
To optimize the management of the Recruitment Authorization Request (DAR), the following improvements can be considered: Ensure the entry of a controlled and complete request before approval: Introduce the possibility of using offer templates and enrich the mandatory fields as soon as an offer is submitted. Reinforce the smooth running of the validation process: Adapt the functionality to the absences of one or more approvers, thus ensuring the continuity of the process despite their prolonged absence.

Currently, only offer templates have a search bar. I suggest adding them to the note templates as well as the forms. You can also add on sources, tags, patterns and scores.

[Agenda] Follow-up of interviews on Flatchr
It would be interesting to follow up on interviews via a dedicated tab, such as an agenda on Flatchr connected to your external agenda (Meet, Microsoft...) This tab would provide an overview of upcoming interviews, conducted or in progress. In addition, on each candidate sheet, it would also be interesting to display the date of the interview as well as a link to an automatic reminder as the interview approaches.

Obtain a notification on your space (as well as by email) as soon as an appointment has been made with a candidate, and that this is automatically reflected on his candidate file for reasons of traceability.

Today, the only option to see that an email was not sent is to go back to the candidate form and see the red dot. It would be important to have an alert message as soon as an email is not sent to candidates
