Change the current visual of the candidate assessment (currently one out of 5 star ratings) for something more distinctive.

Add functionality on the candidate tag (on the pipeline) to indicate if a member has already completed the assessment. Useful for multiple notations.

For example: a small check to indicate that the evaluation has been completed or a colored circle corresponding to its grade.
