[DAR] Keep a history of DARs even after validation

It would be wise to be able to keep a visual of the DAR once the validation has been carried out by all the managers identified. This recruitment authorization must not disappear.

Today, we have no history of validated DARs. I would like this to evolve, because it is essential to be able to demonstrate, in retrospect, that a DAR has been validated. Sometimes we are asked for evidence, and I am currently not in a position to provide it.
I would therefore like to set up a “validated DAR” category including precise monitoring: the validation date as well as the identity of the person who validated the DAR.

Can you give me some details? By visual do you mean keeping track of the validated DAR in the summary table of your DARs in the parameters? In other words a complete history of your validated and refused DARs?

We fully understand your need to secure the validation steps and to have access to a clear validation history. This is something we have in mind on our side.
We are currently in the process of building the project roadmap for 2026, and this type of request, which aims to strengthen management and traceability on the manager side, is fully in line with ongoing discussions.
For the moment, we are not yet in a position to confirm a schedule or a precise solution, but your suggestion is well taken into account in our overall analysis.
