FAVORITE job sites can be selected and deselected directly, in the DISTRIBUTION tab of an offer, by administrator members but also by managers; and this has an impact on all offers and for all users.

Can the selection be made only in the settings and only by the administrators to avoid checking and unchecking FAVORITES too easily.
