Today there is a lack of granularity and management of alerts related to the co-option module. This generates a certain quantity of emails. It's all or nothing.
The volume of email alerts should be reduced while staying informed of the opening and closing of co-optation campaigns.

Today the co-opter has only two choices:
- Internal communication
- Candidate communication
These are groups of all alerts, which results in the sending of a large volume of emails.
In particular when duplicating or redistributing an offer. Every X weeks, they will receive X emails concerning the same offer open for co-option.

When an offer is open for co-option, the subject of the email is
[Co-optation] Earn points by recommending a talent!
When an offer is closed for co-option, the subject of the email is
An offer is no longer available for co-option
If HR opens or closes several offers, they all end up in the same conversation on GMAIL because the subject is the same, it leads to confusion.
